异形不锈钢消声器壳体拉深工艺的优化 被引量:1

摘要 利用塑性有限元方法对某异形不锈钢消声器壳体零件的冲压成型工艺进行了数值模拟和优化。研究发现,采用一次整体拉深工艺成型这类拉深件很难保证质量,需要进行多次成型。在此基础上,利用数值分析和正交试验方法优化了冲压工艺和模具结构参数,为实际生产提供了重要参考。 The deep drawing process for abnormal stainless steel muffle shell was studied by plastic finite element method in order to simulate and optimize the process.The results show that it is difficult to ensure the quality of the deep drawing parts only by one overall drawing process.The multiple forming is required.Furthermore,the stamping process and die structure parameters are optimized by numerical analysis and orthogonal test,which can provide important references for the actual production.
