摘要
采用刚粘塑性有限元法对外凸台内齿圈件及模具进行数值分析,以成形载荷为评价指标,分析成型过程中的模具设计、齿轮特征等相关工艺参数设置。结果表明:模数、凹模半锥角、齿数对载荷影响较大;挤压速度对载荷的影响不显著。基于Archard模型模拟了凸模的磨损状况,仿真结果对实际加工有指导意义。
Rigid-viscoplastic finite element method was used to analyze the cold extrusion of the gear with external boss and its die wear.The numerical models were built based on parameters of die design and geometric parameters of gear,the service loads were investigated.The results show that the modulus,half conical angle of female die,teeth number have a bigger influence on forming load,the extrusion velocity has not notable influence on forming load;the conclusion has more guidance to production.
