摘要
建立了斜工字型焊件的三维模型,并采用线性变换的方法对上下翼板中的焊缝缺陷进行了空间坐标转换,实现了斜工字型焊件内部缺陷的空间位置可视化。另外,为实现程序的通用性,研究了可视化程序的封装问题,封装后的程序可脱离MATLAB运行,极大地提高了其工程应用的适应性。该可视化程序的开发拓展了复杂结构焊件内部缺陷可视化的范围,为后续的接头完整性评价奠定了良好的基础。
Three-dimensional model of slant I style weldments was established in this paper,and the spatial position visualization of inner defects in slant I style weldments was obtained by using the method of linear transformation,which can achieve the spatial coordinate transformation towards the weld defects of up-down wing plates.In addition,the capsulation of visualization software was studied also in this paper,and the housed software can operate independently without the installation of MATLAB software.This can enhance the adaptability for engineering application greatly.Visualization domain of inner defects in weldments with complex structure was enlarged because of the development of visualization software,this can provide better basis for subsequent joint integrity evaluation.
