正交设计法优化C/Al_2O_3复合粉体选择性激光烧结成型工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 设计三因素四水平正交试验,以烧结样品的孔隙率和体积密度作为考查指标,优选激光烧结工艺参数。结果得到了一组较为合理的工艺参数:激光功率17.5A、扫描速度350 mm/s、扫描间隔60μm。对实验结果分析表明:各种烧结工艺参数对激光烧结样品性能的影响主要体现在激光烧结温度和烧结时间这两个方面。烧结温度和烧结时间共同决定着激光烧结的过程。 Aiming at the porosity and bulk density of sintering samples,a four-factor,three-level orthogonal experiment was designed.The laser sintering parameters were successfully optimized according to the experimental results.The optimum process parameters combination: the laser power is 17.5 A,the scanning speed is 350 mm/s and the scanning interval is 60 μm.The laser sintering temperature and sintering time can contribute to the performance of the sintered samples.
