Analysis on Welding Seam Crack of 300 MW Boiler Reheater Output Pipes

通过试验对再热出口管道焊缝裂纹进行了分析,裂纹沿晶开裂且位于焊缝熔合线附近的粗晶区内,判断此裂纹为再热裂纹,并提出切实可行的预防再次产生裂纹的建议。

The weld crack of the reheating pipe was analyzed,the flaw cracks along the weld seam line,which is located in the coarse grain zone of heated affected zone.The feasibile suggestions for preventing the crack was proposed again.
