MANTIS脊柱系统治疗腰椎退变性疾病 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨MANTIS(minimal access non-traumatic insertion system)脊柱系统治疗腰椎退变性疾病的可行性及临床应用价值。方法 2010年11月~2011年3月采用后路MANTIS脊柱系统治疗腰椎退变疾病共19例。男8例,女11例。结果手术时间:100~189 min,平均123 min。术中出血量:90~220 ml,平均130 ml。术后引流量:60~100 ml,平均70 ml。手术后疼痛明显缓解,术后3 d腰围保护下地活动。结论 MANTIS脊柱系统具有创伤小,可以完成开放内固定手术的所有步骤的优势,在有熟练脊柱微创手术前提下,MANTIS脊柱系统是治疗腰椎退变疾病较好的选择。
