大脑淀粉样血管病1例报告及文献复习

摘要 目的探讨大脑淀粉样血管病(CAA)的临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析1例CAA患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献对CAA的流行病学和病理学特点,临床和影像学表现,以及治疗和预后进行分析。结果 CAA的报道逐年增多,且发病率随年龄增加而增加;脑叶出血是CAA最常见的表现;该病诊断困难,确诊需病理学检查;对CAA所致的脑出血手术要慎重。结论目前还没有临床标准来区分脑出血是由CAA还是由其它原因所导致的。原发性、非外伤性和非高血压性老年患者脑出血应考虑CAA。
