摘要
布鲁菌病是一种人畜共患传染病,其致病菌属于兼性厌氧胞内寄生菌。人类因接触病畜产品而感染。布鲁菌通过黏膜进入机体,并扩散到网状内皮系统及其他组织(肝、脾、淋巴结及骨关节等)长期定居、繁殖、产毒致病。患者表现为波浪热,少数还并发关节和骨的炎症…。布鲁菌这种长期的“定居”行为,显示其能够突破机体免疫防御系统,具有强大的生存和致病能力。因此,深入探讨布鲁菌逃避免疫系统的识别和清除机制,对于治疗、预防和控制布鲁菌病有一定意义。
