蛋白磷酸酶2A调节亚基在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用

摘要 蛋白磷酸酶2A(protein phosphatase 2A,PP2A)是真核生物体内一种重要的Ser/Thr蛋白磷酸酶,在细胞的生理过程中起着重要的作用。PP2A全酶由3个亚基组成,第3个亚基为调节亚基,分属于4个家族。调节亚基对PP2A的分布、底物专一性及功能有决定性影响。本文就含有不同调节亚基的PP2A在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用作一综述,进而为肿瘤防治提供新的思路。
