摘要
目的将心电矩阵进行图像化表达,从而展现"心拍群"波形的整体形态。方法以逐拍心电波形为列矢量构造二维矩阵X;X通过平移与比例变换成为适于进行图像显示的矩阵Z;对矩阵Z进行图像化显示与处理。结果可视化心电矩阵能够直观反映"心拍群"的波形形态,如ST区域矩阵有助于检测心肌缺血。结论图像化心电矩阵同时具备整体性与直观性的特点,为采用图像处理技术分析ECG提供了帮助。
Objective To reveal the overall waveform morphology of heartbeats group through expressing electrocardiogram(ECG) matrix as an image.Methods ECG matrix X with each ECG cycle as a column vector was constructed.X was transformed to matrix Z by translating and scaling transformation,as Z was suitable to image displaying.Matrix Z was displayed and processed based on two-dimensional image.Results Visualized ECG matrix was able to reflect the waveform shape of heartbeats group,e.g.matrix of ST region was helpful to detect myocardial ischemia.Conclusion Image-based ECG matrix is of holistic and intuitive characteristics,simultaneously,which can provide an approach to analyze ECG with image processing technology.
