摘要
目的探讨在高气压环境下测定人体呼吸流量的方法。方法通过分析环境压力的改变对流量检测的影响,对已商品化的各种流量计进行选型,提出一种高气压下的响应曲线校准方法,使其适用于高气压环境下的呼吸流量检测。结果最终选定一种热线式质量流量计,在1~20 atm压力的纯氦气环境下测定其响应曲线,明确了响应曲线随压力变化的规律,得到不同压力下对应的预测响应曲线方程。结论对热线式质量流量计进行高气压下的校准,可有效地对高气压环境中的人体呼吸流量进行检测。
Objective To explore the method for measuring human respiratory flow in hyperbaric environment.Methods Type of commercial flowmeters was selected by analyzing the influence of environment pressure on flow measurement.A special calibration method was studied,with which the selected flowmeter was suitable for measuring respiratory flow in hyperbaric environment.Results Thermal mass flowmeter was chosen.The response curve of thermal mass flowmeter was obtained in 1~20 atm helium.The variation pattern of the response curve through pressure change was found clearly.The predicted equation of response curve at different pressure was obtained.Conclusion By hyperbaric calibration method,the thermal mass flowmeter can be effectively applied to measuring human respiratory flow in hyperbaric environment.
