摘要
注塑件产生翘曲变形情况难以避免,可以从模具或材料物性上进行整改,减少变形。本文结合实际几个例子阐述影响塑件翘曲变形的因素,并加以分析,提出了塑件矫正的方法,弥补了工艺上不足之处,在实际操作中得到证明可行,有一定的借鉴价值。
