2型糖尿病合并高血压患者胰岛素抵抗与C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子的关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并高血压患者胰岛素抵抗与C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的关系。方法设正常组50例,糖尿病合并高血压患者组60例。检测患者血清空腹胰岛素、C肽、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)程度。结果糖尿病合并高血压患者组与正常组C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α),胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者胰岛素抵抗与C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)显著呈正相关。 Objective To explore the relationship between C-Reactive protein tumor necrosis factor-al- pha and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes with hypertension. Methods C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, and insulin resistance levels in the 60 patients with type 2 diabetes with hypertension and 50 normal controls were detected. Results The type 2 diabetes with hypertension group C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, HOMA-IR, the normal control group C-Reactive protein, tumor necrosis factoralpha, HOMA-IR,the type 2 diabetes group showed significant diference than the normal control group (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion The C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-alpha are positively correlated with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension.
