中药制剂复方薏蓝颗粒中龙胆苦苷的含量分析

Analysis of gentiopicrin in Fufang Yulan Keli of Chinese Medicine

目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定复方薏蓝颗粒中龙胆苦苷含量的方法。方法采用Shimpack CLC ODS(150mm×6.0mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(13:87),检测波长:276nm。结果龙胆苦苷在2.6～13μg(r=0.9998)范围内良好的呈线性关系。平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.0%。结论本方法操作简便、准确、灵敏度高,可有效地用于复方薏蓝颗粒的质量控制。

Objective To establish method of HPLC for analysis of gentiopicrin in Fufang Yulan Keli of Chinese Medicine. Methods The colum：Shimpack CLC ODS（ 150 mm ×6. 0 mm,5 um） , the mobile phase was acetonitrile-H2O （13：87 ） （v/v） , the flow rate 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength 276 nm. Results the linear range of gentiopierin was 2.6 - 15 ug（r =0. 999 8）, The average recovery rate was 97.8%, RSD = 1.0%. Conclusion The method is accurate, rapid and sensitive and can be effectually applied to the quality control of Fufang Yulan Keli.
