PCI术后Agio-seal血管封堵器应用的安全性及护理体会

Safty and nursing experience of applying Angio-Seal vascular closing device in patients with coronary heart diseases after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨Angioseal血管闭合器在冠脉介入治疗术后患者应用的安全性和护理要点。方法对30例PCI术后的患者,行Angioseal血管内闭合器封闭股动脉穿刺处,同时采取针对性的护理措施。观察术后恢复情况及评估护理措施。结果术后4～6h下床活动,仅两例患者活动后出血,经及时处理后恢复良好,患者舒适度增加,无严重的并发症和痛苦。结论 PCI术后Agio-seal血管封堵器应用的安全、有效。减少并发症和卧床时间,针对性的护理是保障疗效的关键。

Objective To study the safety and nursing care of Angio-Seal vascular closing device in PCI patients. Methods 30 cases undergoing PCI received Angio-Seal vascular closing device to close femoral artery puncture hole, as well as received appropriate nursing measures. The nursing interventions were evalued and recovery data were observed. Results Only two patients were bleeding after 4 - 6 hours since operatinon, but recovered well after timely treatment. There were no other serious complications and pain. The comfortability of patients was increased. Conclusion Using Agio-seal vascular closure device after PCI is safe and effective. It can reduce complications and time in bed, targeted care is the key factors for the efficacy.
