铁观音茶树微喷灌的生理效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 以田间栽培的4年生铁观音茶树为试验材料,研究干旱季节微喷灌对铁观音茶树生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:微喷灌处理的铁观音茶树叶片总叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量分别提高18.40%和5.18%;净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率以及气孔导度都显著增加,有效改善茶树的光合特性;新梢数量提高21.61%,新梢长度增加4.85cm,新梢叶片数量增加1.5片,茶叶的鲜重和干重得到显著增加,分别提高75.00%和61.22%;同时,微喷灌处理的鲜茶叶中含有较高的茶多酚和蛋白质,以及较低的咖啡碱,从而提高了茶树的营养价值和口感。 To 4-year field cultivation of tea as experimental material to study micro-irrigation for dry season physiological and biochemical effects of Camellia sinensis cv.Tieguanyin.The results showed that micro-irrigation treatment leaf total chlorophyll content and carotenoid content increased by 18.40% and 5.18%,and net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO 2 concentration,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were significantly increased,and improve the photosynthetic properties of Camellia sinensis cv.Tieguanyin.The number of new shoot and new leaves enhance 21.61% and 1.5,respectively,and new shoot length increase 4.85cm,fresh weight and dry weight of tea increased significantly,increased by 75% and 61.22%,At the same time,micro-irrigation treatment increased content of polyphenol and protein,lower caffeine content,thereby increasing the nutritional value and taste of Camellia sinensis cv.Tieguanyin.
