摘要 负载动态模拟是传动系统试验台的关键技术。本文分析了试验台的负载需求,从理论上推导了基于转矩控制和转速控制的算法,分析了各种算法的优缺点和实现难度,并从系统动态模拟的角度比较了模型参数对算法准确性的影响。仿真结果表明,带有补偿器的转速控制算法能较好的实现负载动态模拟,对建模误差也有一定适应性。 The dynamic load emulation is a key technique for powertrain test bench. The desired load was calculated in this paper. Algorithm based on torque and speed control were presented. Characteristics and practicability of the algorithms were analyzed. The influences of modeling error to dynamic emulation were compared for each method. Simulation results proved that the speed close loop control algorithm with torque compensator could achieve dynamic load emulation accurately and adaptively to modeling error.
