摘要 随着教育改革的发展与深入,园本教研成为了学前教育界的热门话题,并且逐渐成为幼儿园工作中的一项重要内容。园本教研应当是以教师为主体的,旨在促进教师的专业发展。同伴互助是园本教研的重要环节,其质量的高低影响了园本教研的有效性。 With the development and in-depth of the education reform, the kindergarten-based teaching research has become a hot topic of early childhood education sector. The kindergarten-based teaching research should be based on teachers for the purpose of promoting the professional development of teachers. Peer coaching is an important part of the kindergarten-based teaching research, which will affect the quality of the teaching research.
