浅谈“工学结合”模式下思想政治教育之方向

On the Trends of Ideological and Political Education Basing on the Modle of Work-Integrated Education

思政教育是提高大学生自身信念与修养,成为德才兼备人才的重要措施。文章基于高职院校"工学结合"人才培养模式的特点以及对高职院校思想政治教育的影响,通过分析当前高职院校思想政治教育工作的现状和存在的问题,提出从思政教育环境、教育主体、教育内容、教育职能以及教育机制五个方面进行转变以增强思想政治教育的实效性。

Ideological and political education is an important way to improve the faith and accomplishment of college students, as well as a way to make them to have both ability and political integrity. According to the characteristics of talent training model baseing on Work-Integrated Education, and its influences on ideological and political education in vocational colleges, this paper analyses the present situations and problems existing in ideological and political education in vocational colleges. And this paper calls for reformation from five aspects, which are enviroments of education, subjects of, education, contents of education, functions of education and machenisms of education, aiming to strengthen the effects of ideological and political education.
