机关党委是机关各个部门的政治核心,对机关各部门的思想建设、作风建设、队伍建设、群众工作有着十分重要的影响,加强对机关干部的教育和管理,一直是机关党委工作的永恒主题。机关党委对机关党员干部的思想领导和观念教育是一项长期的工作,是机关党委得以存在的一个充分条件。本文对机关党委的教育管理职能作了理论上的探讨。

Party Committee is the core of the political organs of various departments, has a very important influence to agencies and departments of the ideological, work style, team building, people work, strengthen education and management of cadres, the party committees has been the work of the eternal theme. Party Committee of the party members and cadres of the organs of thought leadership and the concept of education is a long-term work, the party committees is a sufficient condition to exist. This paper discusses the the theory of educational management functions of party committees.
