摘要
目前,汽车维修企业的人员结构不太合理,整体素质较低,严重制约了这个行业的快速发展。文章通过对中山市汽车维修行业现状进行调查分析,为我市汽车服务人才需求培养方案提供了理论依据。
The personnel structure of car maintenance is not very reasonable ,because the overall quality is low at present,which constraint the rapid development of the industry seriously.This paper analyses the situation of the car repair industry, and provides the rationale for the talents demand of automobile repair industry.
