港区控制性详细规划编制内容简述

Preparing contents of control detailed planning of port area

《港口法》实施后,修编的港口总体规划和编制的布局规划大部分已完成并得到批复。但在实施过程中,总体规划存在难以指导具体建设的问题。各港口主管部门急切需要编制具体指导港区建设的控制性详细规划。但如何编制、规划应包含哪些内容、重点是什么,是一个尚待解决的问题。通过总结港口总体规划编制特点和城市控制性详细规划的编制要求,在考虑港口专业特点和港区规划基本要求后,提出了港区控制性详细规划应反映的主要内容。

After implementation of the Port Law of the People＇s Republic of China, most of the revised port general planning and the prepared layout planning have been completed and approved. But in its process, it is still difficult for the general plan- ning to guide the concrete construction. The port management authorities desperately need the regulatory detailed planning of port area for guiding port construction. But, the preparing methods, preparing contents and the main points are issues to be solved. We summarize the characteristics of port general planning and preparing requirements for urban regulatory detailed planning, and put forward the main preparing contents with consideration of port specialized characteristics and basic requirements of port planning.
