摘要
某高桩梁板码头工程所处地段天然岸坡较陡,桩基持力层埋深较浅,采取常规PHC管桩方案时排架位移较大。通过对不同桩型进行比选,采用码头专业计算软件,对不同排架间距下多种桩基组合及不同布置形式的基桩内力和排架位移进行计算,提出了将PHC管桩和嵌岩钢管桩进行组合的桩基设计方案。组合桩基结构方案码头排架水平位移小、承担外荷载大、各桩内力较均匀。工程检测及监测结果表明,高桩码头中采用组合桩基是可行的,这一新型结构的设计理论及工程实例可供同类工程设计参考。
As the project site of a high - piled beam - slab wharf is characterized by steep slope, shallow bearing stratum of the piles, the framed bent displacement was large using traditional design of PHC. Through selecting various types of piles, we ob- tained pile foundation internal force and framed bent displacement under different piles compositions and arrangement of various framed bent spacing, and proposed the design scheme combining PHC and embedded steel- pipe pile. The proposed scheme is characterized by small horizontal displacement, large bearing capacity and even internal force distribution between different piles. The test results show that the combined foundation pile is feasible for high - piled wharf.
