摘要
我国纺织工业由大变强,急需通过科技促产业升级。通过加大对新技术、新产品的研发投入,是提高企业竞争力的必由之路。国家健康的技术转移机制能大大促进产业整体竞争力的提高。大学和科研机构、企业、协会参与的国家创新体系在技术转移过程中起着关键作用。
Chinese textile industry has to grow stronger through boosting industrial upgrade,utilizing scientific and technological progress.Expanding R&D Investment to new products is the only way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Healthy national technology transfer mechanism could significantly promote the improvement of the whole industry's competitiveness.The national innovation system with universities,research institutions,enterprises and industry associations to participate plays a key role in the technology transfer process.
