聚乳酸制品是当今世界各国化纤行业产品开发的热点。近年来,国外特别是日本对聚乳酸纺粘法非织造布进行了研究和开发,并形成了一些专利。国内如上海市合成纤维研究所等也进行了相关研究,并取得了一定的成果。本文从纺丝工艺、设备改造、性能影响因素等方面详细介绍了聚乳酸纺粘法非织造布的加工,以期给国内的相关生产提供一些借鉴和参考。

PLA fiber and its products is a research hotspot for global man-made fiber industry,among which,in the field of PLA spunbond nonwovens,some enterprises and institutes in Japan have made great improvements,and Chinese researchers and manufacturers have been speeding up their paces.This article introduced the production of PLA spunbond nonwovens in terms of spinning process,equipment selection,factors influencing the performance of products,et al.,anticipating to provide some references for those who are interested in this field.
