摘要
目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐对匹鲁卡品致痫大鼠脑内神经元的损伤及BDNF表达的影响,探讨其抗痫的可能机制。方法采用匹鲁卡品诱发癫痫状态模型,随机分为丹参多酚酸盐干预组、盐水干预组和对照组,观察各组大鼠的行为学改变,用免疫组织化学法标记显示各组大鼠脑内海马BDNF的表达变化。结果在海马CA1区有BDNF阳性细胞表达,各组比较行t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐可以明显降低急性癫痫痉挛性大鼠的发作等级和发作时间,可能通过BDNF的表达增高来发挥作用。
Objective To observe the expression of BDNF for Salvianolate on pilocarpine induced epileptic neuronal damage in rat brain,and explore the possible mechanism of its anti-epileptic.Methods To use the Pilocarpine induced seizure model,and were randomly divided into intervention group of salvianolate、saline group and control group.We observed the behavioral changes in rats,using the method of immunohistochemistry to observe the expression of BDNF in the hippocampus of each group.Results BDNF positive cells were increased in the CA1 of hippocampus.There were significantly difference in the each group(P0.05).Conclusion Salvianolate can significantly reduce the acute onset of epileptic seizures in rats level and onset time,may increase the expression of BDNF to play the therapeutic role.
