结直肠癌中血管紧张素转移酶mRNA的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的对结直肠癌组织和癌旁组织ACE mRNA进行定量,分析其表达与临床特征的关系,探讨其临床意义。方法运用实时荧光定量PCR检测31例结直肠癌组织及对应癌旁组织ACE mRNA的表达水平,分析其与分化程度、临床分期和转移状态等临床病理特征的相关性。结果 ACE mRNA在低分化结直肠癌患者组的表达明显高于高中分化患者组(P<0.05);在有转移患者组的表达明显高于无转移患者组(P<0.05);在临床Ⅰ-Ⅱ期和Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者组的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 ACE在结直肠癌的分化和转移中发挥着较为重要的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of ACE mRNA in colorectal cancer(CRC) and analyze whether ACE mRNA expression levels correlate with clinicopathological variables in patients with CRC.Methods Tissue samples,including 31 cancerous and adjacent non-cancerous tissues were obtained from CRC patients who underwent surgical resection.The expression of ACE mRNA was quantitatively analyzed by real-time PCR.Additionally,the relationship between ACE mRNA and clinicopathological features was examined with statistical analysis.Results The expression of ACE mRNA in patients with poorly differentiated CRC was significantly higher than that in patients with moderate or well differentiated CRC.Similarly,the expression of ACE mRNA in patients with metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without metastasis.However,no correlation was observed between ACE mRNA expression and clinical stages.Conclusion ACE may play crucial roles in CRC differentiation and metastasis.
