冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平对主要炎症因子表达的相关性分析 被引量:27

摘要 目的探讨冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平与主要炎症因子表达的相关性。方法按是否合并高脂血症分为冠心病合并高脂血症组(高脂血症组)和冠心病不合并代高脂血症组(非高脂血症组),采用Baekman全自动生化分析仪检测患者空腹12 h血脂((胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL))指标,比较两组之间的血脂指标及冠状动脉病变程度,分析他们之间的关系。结果非高脂血症组的TC、TG、HDL、LDL及冠状动脉病变均低于高脂血症组(P<0.05)。直线相关分析显示症因子水平与冠心病合并高脂血症患者病变的严重程度呈正相关。结论冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂与炎症因子的水平呈正相关,炎症在冠心病合并高脂血症的诊疗中起重要作用。 Objective To discuss the correlation between blood lipid level and the expression of main inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.Methods Patients were divided into coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia group(hyperlipidemia group) and coronary heart disease not combined with hyperlipidemia group(non-hyperlipidemia group).Patients' fasting blood lipid index in 12 h(TC,TG,HDL,LDL) was detected by Baekman automatic biochemistry analyzer.The blood lipid index and lesion degree of coronary artery between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results TC,TG,HDL,LDL and lesion degree of coronary artery in non-hyperlipidemia group were lower than that in hyperlipidemia group(P0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that inflammatory factors is positively correlated with lesion degree of patients with the combination of coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.Conclusion Blood lipid level is positively correlated with the expression of inflammatory factors.Inflammatory plays an important part in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with the combination of coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.
