TET2突变检测在血液肿瘤中的临床价值

1 TET2基因的起源与结构
TET家族中包括TET1、TET2及TET3。TET1位于染色体10q22,在急性髓系白血病（AML）相关的染色体易位t（10;11）（q22;q23）中作为混合性白血病（MLL）的融合配体出现在少数AML中。
