原发性食管小细胞癌61例临床治疗效果分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨原发性食管小细胞癌的临床特点、治疗方法及预后。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2008年12月我科收治的61例局限期原发性食管小细胞癌患者的临床资料。结果 61例局限期原发性食管小细胞癌患者中:术前三野根治术联合全身化疗组54例,生存时间4～105个月,中位生存期为26.0个月,平均(31.9±5.5)个月;单纯手术组7例,中位生存期为12.2个月,平均(14.0±2.1)个月,死亡原因多为肿瘤复发及全身广泛转移。结论食管小细胞癌易早期转移,预后不佳,以化疗为基础的综合治疗有助于延长生存期。
