摘要
对传统维吾尔人生、死、婚庆、节庆、日常生活以及与禁忌有关的馕习俗进行了详细梳理。从心理学和民俗学的角度深入探讨了维吾尔人与馕有关的饮食习俗,这种习俗除了对神灵的崇敬之外,更多的是体现了维吾尔人群体具有现实利益的生理需要、心理活动、社会交往以及其中所蕴藏的独特的审美情怀。
This paper details the custom of ＂Nang＂ relating to the Uighur＇s life, death, wedding, festivals, daily life and taboo. It claritfies their diet custom from the aspect of pychology and forlklore studies. In addition to their reverence to deites, it also reflects their physiololgial needs for realistic interests, psychological activity, social interaction and also their unique aestethic feelings in them.
