摘要 为了经济、快捷地在模具曲面上刻字,探讨了采用CAXA制造工程师及三轴数控铣床在玻璃瓶模具曲面上刻字的方法。提出了获得字形线条的两种方法,采用投影法得到空间曲面上的字形线条,据此生成加工刀轨及数控代码。该方法的实际应用效果很好,还可用来加工曲面上的单线条图案。 To engrave on the mould curved surface rapidly and economically, the method of engraving on the glass bottle's mould with CAXA ME and three-axis NC miller was investigated. Two methods to get the line of character were proposed. Projection method was used to obtain the line of character on the space surface. On this basis, the tool path and NC code were generated. The method is feasible in actual application and it can be used to machine the linear design on curved surface.
