摘要
针对不锈钢铲形状不规则、手工打磨效率低、环境差、劳动强度大、质量不稳定等问题,提出采用高效砂带磨削的方案,并介绍几种特殊磨头的结构设计和工艺实施。与手工磨削的对比表明:采用新方案可提高效率约3倍,变手工操作为自动化作业,改善作业环境,降低劳动强度,保证产品质量的一致性和稳定性。
To overcome various disadvantages, such as lower efficiency, laboriousness, bad operation environment, and unstable quality of manual operation for the stainless steel spade with irregular shapes, the scheme adopting high efficiency grinding and polishing with coated abrasive belt was put forward. The structure designs and technics implementations for several special grinding heads were discussed. The results of comparing with manual grinding and polishing demonstrate that many various benefits to the spade machining are brought by the new scheme, with efficiency increased by 3 times, tasks changed to automatic from manual, healthy operational environment provided, reduced laboring intensity, and assured surface quality.
