摘要
以矿车举升液压缸为研究对象,运用能量法进行举升缸缓冲装置设计计算。在Simulink仿真环境中,通过把实际的模型进行等效转换,建立起仿真模型进行仿真分析。仿真结果验证了该设计的正确性,为液压缸的设计和生产提供理论依据。
As the researched object, the tub lift hydraulic cylinder was analyzed for its buffer calculation by using energy method. Under the Simulink environment, by the process of equivalent conversion of the actual model, the simulation model was set up and the simulation analysis was made. The simulation results verify the correctness of the design, and provide a theoretical basis for the design and production of hydraulic cylinders.
