摘要
通过高压注浆成形理论、工艺、机械结构等方面的研究,对高压注浆机关键部分———液压系统采用气驱增压传动,无需液压泵站,大大降低能耗,改善工作环境。
Through analyzing high-pressure grouting forming theory, technology, mechanical structure and other aspects, a gas drive booster was used to improve the hydraulic system which was a key part of high pressure grouting machine. The improved machine doesn't need hydraulic pump station. Energy consumption of the machine is significantly reduced and working environment was improved.
