摘要
液压实验教学,经常需要操作者对系统回路的工作压力进行过程控制,而对缺乏实践经验的大学生来说,很容易出现压力超调(过载)。针对这一特点,分析QCS008液压综合教学实验台的安全问题,并提出具体的改进措施。
In hydraulic experimental teaching, the operators are required to have the knowledge to control the working pressure of the system loop. However, because of the lack of practical experience, undergraduates usually make the station overload. Aiming at this issue, the seeurity measures of QCS008 hydraulic experiment station were analyzed and the concrete improvement method was proposed.
