摘要 采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA分析凡口铅锌矿间柱采场近充填体炮孔的爆炸应力场,提取充填体内一系列节点的振动速度,加以对比分析,以优化炮孔装药结构,控制爆破对充填体的影响。研究结果表明:炸药在炮孔内分布越均匀,爆破对充填体的破坏效应越小;采用空气间隔装药时,爆破能量分布更为均匀,能更有效地控制爆破振动。 ANSYS/LS - DYNA was used to analyze blast stress field of blast-hole near the fill-mass in column stope in Fankou Lead-zinc Mine. The vibration velocity of a series of nodes inside the fill-mass was extracted for comparison and analysis, so as to optimize the hole's charging structure, bringing the blasting effect to the fill-mass under the control. Research results showed that more even distribution of explosives in blasting hole could reduce the breaking effect of blasting to fill-mass, and air-dech charging structure could bring a more even distribution of blasting energy, resulting in blasting vibration under more effective control.
