摘要 以褐煤为还原剂,采用还原焙烧-磁选的方法回收氰化尾渣中的铁,考查了褐煤添加量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、磁场强度等工艺参数对铁品位及回收率的影响规律。结果表明,在褐煤添加量为18%,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间50 min,磁场强度0.24 T的条件下,精选后的铁精矿TFe品位可达到59%,铁回收率可达到80%。 With lignite as the reductant, a method of reduction roasting and magnetic separation was introduced to recover iron from gold-cyanide residue. The impact of lignite dosage, roasting temperature, roasting time, magnetic field strength and other relevant parameters on the iron grade and recovery of the concentrate was investigated. Results show that, an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 59% and an iron recovery of 80% was obtained under the condition of lignite dosage of 18% , roasting temperature of 800℃, roasting time of 50 min and magnetic field strength of 0.24 T.
