摘要
根据澳大利亚MAC粉矿性能和原料条件,研究了不同燃料配比及不同MAC粉矿加入量条件下,MAC粉矿对转鼓强度、利用系数、燃耗、合理粒级、-5 mm粒级含量的影响,提出了最优的原料配比方案。分析了烧结矿的冶金性能与矿物组成,结果表明配加20%的MAC粉矿使矿物的组成更加合理。
According to the properties of MAC iron-ore fines and conditions of the raw materials, the effects of MAC iron-ore on drum strength, utilization coefficient, fuel consumption, rational size distribution and percentage of -5 mm size-fraction were investigated under the conditions of different fuel proportion and different addition of MAC fine ore. An optimum proportion scheme of raw materials was proposed. The metallurgical properties and mineral composition of the sintering ore were analyzed and the results showed that the mineral composition became more rational by adding 20% MAC fine ore.
