摘要 考察了EDTA和精氨酸对Zn-H2SO4-ZnSO4体系锌电积过程电流效率、单位能耗和表面形貌的影响,并运用线性扫描、循环伏安法研究了EDTA和精氨酸对锌电积过程电化学行为的作用。结果表明:EDTA和精氨酸均能提高电流效率、降低单位能耗、改善锌板表面形貌,二者的最佳加入浓度分别为1 mg/L和3 mg/L,锌电积单位能耗均已降到2 900 kW.h/t以下。通过电化学和表面形貌分析可知,EDTA促进锌的析出,精氨酸抑制氢的析出,两者对锌电积过程影响机理是不同的。 Effects of EDTA and arginine on the current efficiency, specific energy consumption and surface morphology during zinc electrowinning in Zn-H2SO4-ZnSO4 system were investigated. The effect of EDTA and arginine on the electro-chemical behavior of zinc electrowinning process was studied by linear scanning and cyclic vohammetry. The results showed that EDTA and arginine can improve the current efficiency, reduce the specific energy consumption and improve the surface morphology of zinc plate. The optimum addition concentration of them was 1 mg/L and 3 mg/L respectively, and the specific energy consumption of zinc electrowinning had reduced to less than 2900 kW·h/t. It is known that EDTA can promote the precipitation of zinc while arginine inhabit the precipitation of hydrogen from electrochemical and surface morphology analysis. They have different influencing mechanism to zinc electrowinning process.
