含稀土磷精矿中RE_2O_3浸出工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对贵州某含稀土磷精矿,研究了影响稀土浸出的主要因素,得到的浸出工艺条件为:磷酸浓度为23%,硫酸化学计量比1.1,温度75℃,浸出时间1 h,液固比4∶1,在此浸出工艺条件下,RE2O3浸出率为65.59%。 Studies on the main factors affecting rare earth leaching were conducted for a rare earth-bearing phosphate concentrate in Guizhou Province. Optimum leaching conditions obtained were that the concentration of phosphoric acid was 23% , stoichiometry of sulfuric acid was 1.1, temperature was 75℃, leaching time was 1 h and the ratio of liquid to solid was 4: 1. Under these conditions the leaching rate of RE203 was 65.59% .
