简述了人造蓝宝石晶体的应用领域,介绍了8种熔体生长方式制备人造蓝宝石晶体的过程和特点,并比较了不同制备方法的优缺点。
An overview of the application areas of artificial sapphire crystals was illustrated. The processes and features of eight melt growth methods for synthetic sapphire crystals were discussed. And the advantage and disadvantage of different methods were compared.
