闸坝对河流水质调控作用的影响因子 被引量:7

摘要 针对多闸坝河流水污染事件多发的环境问题,选取一个闸坝的典型调控单元,建立了水量水质耦合调度模型,分析闸坝对河流水质调控作用的影响因子.初选了调度方式、闸坝调控能力、闸坝期末控制水位及水文预报预见期为影响因子,在同一假设的条件下,分别对不同情景下的节点浓度特征值进行单个影响因子模拟分析,找出初选几个因子的最不利组合及最优组合,进而实现闸坝对河流水质达到较好的控制作用.初步分析表明,调度方式、闸坝调控能力、水文预报预见期,对闸坝的调控作用有一定影响.该模型作为闸坝基本调控单元可具体应用于淮河水质水量调度系统中,其研究具有较强的理论意义和一定的推广使用价值. This article aims at analyzing influential factors of dams acting on controlling and regulating river water quality,in allusion to environment questions arosed by water pollution event of the multi-gate dam rivers,by means of selecting a representative regulating unit and establishing a water quality-water quantity model.Firstly,the influential factors which acted on the quality of river water by dam are selected,including the regulation scheme,the regulating ability of dam,the controlling water level of the last period and the foresight time of hydrological forecast.Secondly,under the identical suppositional condition,the characteristic value of the node's concentration are simulated and analyzed under different scenes separately towards to each factor.Thirdly,generalized analysis are made for the result of simulation with regard to three primary factors;at the same time,the most disadvantageous combinations and the most superior combination can be found.The results indicate that the scheme of regulation,dam regulation ability and the foresight time of hydrological forecast have certain influence on the regulative function of the dam.This model is used on the area of the Huaihe River,which has values in theory and spreading.
