In order to realize high-level share of ABDR information resource and solve problems of command and intelli- gent decision etc. , Information management and decision system focusing on damage evaluation and repair analysis needs to be developed. The requirement of establishing the system was analyzed, and the main functions and basic composing were introduced. The problems on standardization, classification, collection, disposition, management and software exploitation of system information were mainly discussed.
