摘要
针对换热器污垢化学清洗进行分析与研究,提出一套适用于换热器在线清洗的整体思路。通过污垢检测分析、清洗剂配方的确定及在线清洗装置的设计,得到了具有实用价值的方案。
In this study,the project on chemical cleaning about fouling of heat exchanger was presented.And it provided a whole design project on how to clean the heat exchanger.The final solution could be got from analysis upon fouling,defining the kinds of cleaning agent and installation for cleaning on line.
