摘要
降低汽车制造成本是所有汽车厂家都追求的目标,随着现代化新工艺的不断更新,这样的目标也在一次次地被实现并刷新。目前汽车市场的竞争实际上是技术的竞争,本文所探讨的混合激光焊接技术将一个二级能源合并到焊接池区域,通过混合技术使得焊接的优势得到扩展与优化。混合焊接技术提升了焊接的速度,不仅使得热影响区域受到了限制,更使得焊接的接缝变窄,同时具有精良的焊道外形。混合激光焊接技术工艺提高工作效率的同时,也大大地降低了汽车的制造成本。
Cutting down the cost of manufacturing automobile is the purpose of most manufacturers pursuing.But with the development of modern new technology,the purpose can be achieved and been broken through again and again.So the present competitive market of automobile is also the technological competition.The paper was concerned about the mixed laser welding technology,and through which a secondary energy was merged to welding pool areas.The welding advantage can be expanded and optimized,and with which the welding speed can also be accelerated.The laser welding technology can not only restrict the heat affecting zone but also narrow the joint of welding with the excellent shape of welding way.The laser welding technology can also cut down the cost of making automobile with high efficiency.
