摘要
基于大庆油田供水公司水厂水源电动机与水泵联轴器的背靠轮在拆卸过程中所面临的问题,采取了调查、比较和试验的方法,对使用传统办法拆卸背靠轮过程中存在的实际问题,以及改进新工具、采用新技术进行了认真的研究。通过现场反复试验和不断改进,所研制的多用可调式联轴器背靠轮拉力器能够安全有效地完成背靠轮螺栓拆卸的工作,并能够比较好地完成目前油田水厂、水源和污水处理厂在用的各种水泵背靠轮的拆卸与检修任务。
the paper had based on problems which water supply company faced in water source electric motors and disconnecting flanges on coupling, through research, comparing, experiment and other methods,did research on the problems of new improved tools and new technology and developed a multi--purpose adjustable coupling flange cable, which can efficiently help finish disconnecting flanges. This cable can be widely used in any kind of overhaul and disconnection in water works and wastewater treatment plants
