摘要
针对高产量堆垛生产线上高速重载堆垛工况,综合考虑机构运动自由度、运动输出特性、运动学与动力学复杂性、输入-输出运动控制解耦性及驱动器可配置性等机械机构组成及其结构特性,研究一种新型5自由度混联机构的高速重载数控堆垛机。该机构结合运用了串、并联机构的优缺点,具有较高的生产率。
According to high-speed overloaded stacking conditions, a new type of dof mix league institution of high-speed overloaded CNC stacker mechanism was researched and designed. The agency comprehensive consideration of the exercise of freedom, sport output characteristics, kinematics and dynamics of complexity, input/output motion control decoupling and drive configurable mechanism of composition and structure characteristics were gotten. The agency combines the advantages and disadvantages of serial mechanism and parallel mechanism. It has high productivity.
