摘要
针对同轴度误差测量,提出一种基于图像处理的测量方法。通过对工件图像进行灰度均衡化处理、二值化处理和Sobel算子进行边缘检测,获得图像轮廓点的像素值;利用直线拟合的方法得到工件图像轮廓的轴线方程,将其与基准的直线方程对比,得出工件的同轴度误差。同时,对标准件做试验,验证了其检测精度,证实了其可行性。
This paper focused on the coaxial error measurement, presented a measurement method based on image processing. Gray scale image of the workpiece through the equalization processing, binarization, sohel edge detection operator to obtain images of the contour points of the pixel value, obtained by linear fitting of the axis of the workpiece image contour equation, with the benchmark comparison of linear equations obtained workpieee concentricity error. Experiment through the use of standard parts was to verify the accuracy of detection, confirming its feasibility.
