组合机重要部件的静态特性分析

摘要 现代组合机正朝着高精度、高速度、柔性化的方向发展,要求组合机结构上必须具有良好的动力学特性。针对老式组合机产品设计保证质量方面的措施还不够有力,设计工作质量上也存在很多问题,尤其在总体方案设计上,还缺乏详尽的分析研究,考虑的不详细,而且既不进行方案的论证又不进行多方案的对比。本文提出一种新型的组合机设计方案,为研究新型组合机重要部件立柱的静态特性,在SolidWorks环境下建立立柱的三维实体模型,基于最大von Mises应力理论,运用COSMOSWorks软件对其进行静态分析,得出立柱的应力、应变和位移图像,并对结果进行分析,为立柱的优化设计提供了理论依据。 Modern modular machine tool is on high precision, high speed and flexibility, which requests the development direction of two ends sifting structure of good kinetics characteristics. According to the old modular machine tool products designed to ensure that quality measures also was not strong enough to work on the design quality, there are also many problems, especially on the overall design, still lack of detailed analysis of research, considering not detailed scheme, nei- ther the argument nor more relative plan, this paper proposed a new kind of modular machine tool design scheme. In order to study upright which the important part of modular machine tool, the three dimensional solid model of the upright was completed with SolidWorks. Structural statics analysis was carried out by COSMOSWorks software based on the theory of yon Mises, The structural response image analysis of working space and image analysis of meeting an emergency and image analysis of displacement, which provided theory reference for the optimal design in advanced.
